critically evaluate the nature and efficacy of therapeutic interventions for PTSD and ASD and other trauma-induced psychiatric symptoms. This discussion is unique because you will find a primary research article examining the efficacy of a treatment for PTSD/ASD

Find a peer-reviewed research article that discusses a behavioral OR pharmacological treatment for PTSD/ASD.  HINT:  Common psychotherapy treatments are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (including Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy), Mindfulness, and EMDR.

Then address the following:

1). What treatment does the article present?  How does it work?

2). How effective is the treatment in attenuating PTSD/ASD symptoms?

3). What are some potential problems or shortcomings with the treatment?
