Proposing an Approach and Assessment in Community Collaboration

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED:
Drawing on your previous assignments, your final project will demonstrate your understanding of the context and purpose of the task force, will propose an approach and assessment of the community collaboration, will present rationale and reflection of your recommendations, and will demonstrate communication skills. You are to consider yourself as the leader of the task force and an employee of the organization based on the Unit 4 assignment. You are to use the community identified in the assignment in Unit 2 and the social problem identified in the discussion in Unit 5. Your audience is the task force comprised of stakeholders from the assignment in Unit 7.
Community Identified: Children Advocacy Center: Children who are physically and sexually abused.
Social Problem Identified: Lack of accountability within the community and with all stakeholders.
Stack holders: The Community, Victims, families, professional staff, etc. 
Recommendations: Intervention Services, Community Awareness, Community Collaboration.
As mention before, a problem that our community is currently facing is the number of cases that are brought in that reveal that kids being physically or sexually abused and the lack of collaboration within the organization. The problem that is identified, connects with our mission and focuses more on where our organization currently stands while yielding strategies that are used to achieve the objective. A new community problem that aligns with our organizations mission is the lack of accountability within the community as a whole.
Our organization’s mission and objective are to advocate for, and support abused, neglected, foster, and at-risk children and to provide prevention programs to the community. To help implement our mission, there is an understanding and a level of accountability that must be taken. Another step to address the problem is by providing intervention services and providing community awareness.
