I think it should be a program that can be out of a community center or high school in the Bronx.

Create a program/organization.
-Mission Statement (Goal, purpose, personal statement)
-Location (population, transportation, building size and type, hours of operation)
-Funding (Budget, donations, fundraising plan)
– Clients (funding)
-staff (volunteer or paid)
