You are the only ER doctor on duty in a hospital.  Two patients are brought in.  They have shot each other.  One is a “cop,” the other is a druggy.  There is a chance you could save both, but you don’t know that for sure.  The “druggy” is in more serious condition.  Who do you help first and why?
