What is the relationship between poverty and drug abuse?

A research proposal is a written paper that describes a research problem and proposes a set of procedures or methods to collect empirical evidence to answer the studys research questions.  Propose a topic for a study for which findings would provide knowledge for social work practice or knowledge of social work practice.  The paper must include hypotheses and a rationale for the hypotheses.
