Provide a paragraph identifying what the article was about.

Second, in your current position identify the steps you would take to illuminate these things from occurring within your department. Identity what policies are in place to deal with these issues or does your department need to put policies in place.

One page minimum. APA style, 12 point Times New Roman font.

Provide a Title page. However, an Abstract is not required. A Reference page is also not required.
