VERY VERY imp papershould be like sample in length in format. its a high grad paper.The proposal_biometrics document is what needs to be worked on. The 2 samples are guide/template of what is required. The topic I have chosen is how voters in rural areas and homeless people are disenfranchised and by using secondary biometrics authentication to help the primary biometrics we can address the issue. I have done some work on the table that contains the hypothesis, research methods etc.., please use this as guidance. But if you need to rework that portion, please feel free.
