Stakeholder Analysis

Instructions for Susan Bond
Client:
Your client is Susan Bond who currently works for Empire Globe; it is not Empire Globe itself. That may or may not be significant to your analysis.

Deliverables:
Please prepare and submit the following for Susan to consider:

A Stakeholder Analysis – any style you wish – that will help sort out the importance of stakeholders and how their influence/opinions/reactions might impact the decisions.
An analysis of the situation using any organizing framework you think will be most useful. You can use a model introduced in class or find one outside if you wish.

Must contain:
1.Stakeholder Diagrams
2.Organizing Frameworks in an abstract Situation (ethical decision making)
3.Visual Presentation – hoping for at least 1 extra layer of information beyond the baseline.

Global Homework Instructions:
1. This assignment (and all others from now on) must be done using Powerpoint or a similar program that will produce the graphical images. I greatly prefer you use Powerpoint since I know what it can and can’t do and I have adapted the assignments for those limitations, but you can use something else if you want to be adventurous. Turn in the assignments as slides in a Powerpoint file or save the document to .pdf if you are using another format. One file with multiple slides is fine.  All information relevant to each slide should fit on that slide, no notes or explanations elsewhere. Most weekly assignments will require only 2 or 3 slides, and it’s not necessary to include a title slide unless you want to. Please, however, put your name and the date in very small font in either the header or footer of each slide.

2. All graphics for these slides (except for clipart) must be created by you from scratch every time. The SmartArt function in Powerpoint is your friend here. You can mimic formats that you have seen elsewhere, but you must recreate them yourself for assignments for this class. The point of these assignments is allowing you to think about the visual choices you are making, not just using something designed by someone else. You can use any clipart or photos you want however to augment your framework. You have full artistic license when creating your graphics, just try to be purposeful in amplifying your content.
