You are approached by the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and asked to develop and implement a plan to measure and evaluate their fan satisfaction. The Fisher Cats want the plan to be based on established principles and best practices. They are not paying you to design a plan based upon your opinions as a senior Sport and Recreation Management student. The Fisher Cats want the plan to describe the following; What are the key indicators of a satisfied fan? What aspects of the spectator sport experience determine whether or not a fan will leave satisfied or unsatisfied? What instrument will you use to collect fan satisfaction data or what questions will you ask? Why have you chosen this instrument or these questions? Finally, provide an example of how they can use the data you collect to increase fan satisfaction.
