Your written report should include:

a) a summary of the case

b) relevance to the chapter concepts being studied

c) answers to key questions

d) 3 suggestions/ recommendations. 

*These 4 parts must be under separate (and clearly labeled) headings or paragraphs.*

The written assignment should be double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt font. The assignment should be no more than 8 pages but no less than 4.
