Food Cost & Quality Control (Purchasing/ Receiving/ Storage)” of Dr. Bell’s Food and Beverage Cost Control, posted on Canvas and the chapters addressing “typical ordering, receiving, and storage procedures” from the textbook, “Purchasing: Selection and Procurement for the Hospitality Industry”.
