Discussion about the Public Value and the Public/Social Entrepreneur approaches.
In the first part of the discussion you will be asked to address the following questions about the Public Value school:

–          Does the Public Value School promise more than it delivers?

–          Does the Public Value approach pose a threat to democratic accountability?

In the second part of the discussion you will address the following questions:

–          Is any would-be public entrepreneur doomed to fail, given the legal and other constraints of operating in the public sector?

–          Is the social entrepreneur really committed to pursuing public goals and the public good?
