PMP exam

I need Appeal letter

What is the situation?

I prepared myself to take the (PMP: project management professional) exam, I registered for a preparation class at (x) chapter and successfully finished it after 24 hours within 8 weeks period. The problem is in the experience requirement, PMI required 5400 hours of experience and it should All project management experience must have been accrued within the last eight consecutive years prior to your application submission
Ok, I have (7800 hours of experience) but its distributed beyond the eight years from now date!? PMI considers the work experience which had been done long back more than 8 years from now expired. I dont understand this view because experience something tangible and accumulative regardless of when you made it !!! I understand that every industry gets developed and improved with time but the main principles and concepts definitely remain the same and never changed for example when they built the empire state building at Chicago they used certain tools and techniques I understand that when we want to build a skyscraper nowadays we may use the modern tools or techniques but the main concepts and principles for project management process and buildings almost the same!
Im a civil engineer with 9 years of experience holding a master’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan. And look at this right now Im doing my master In Project management I almost finished the half of the program, I know this will bring my educational background to be with the PMI requirement for education but the problem again is in experience?!!!!!
This is the first time in my life that I hear experience considered expired, Shame on the PMI.
I need a good writer to write for me an appeal letter for the PMI to let them process my application for the PMP exam regardless of the experience (I had more than the requirement but again they say it’s old)!!
Also, I know its my mistake that I miss checking their handbook they mentioned that All project management experience must have been accrued within the last eight consecutive years prior to your application submission. But this is silly and unfair and makes no sense.
I paid $1000 for the preparation class I lose valuable time during those 8 weeks doing that while I should focus and register for credits in my master’s program? But I said let me go parallel the PMP certificate worth!
I was trying to help myself but PMI doesnt want to help and support me.
I lose my money and time for a fucken silly experience requirement, the matter of fact that I already have more experience than the required. But they say its old wawwwwww.. woooooooooo.

Thank you.
Sami.
