This assignment is designed to give you real world experience advocating for policy change.  Based on the research you have conducted on parental incarceration and the effects on child development  in this assignment you will answer the following question: describe changes that you would advocate for to better address the problem  For this assignment you need to identify who has the power to make the changes you think are necessary, and advocate to them your position by either writing them a letter, or any creative idea that is appropriate. 

This will simply be a 2 page letter to whatever agency you think has the ability to make changes to allow children more access to the parent who is incarcerated and how without these changes it make cause long term effects of the child’s development. There needs to be a clear and concise position to advocate these necessary changes
