5  paragraphs: 1 introduction, 3 body paragraphs, 1 conclusion
Around 3 pages typed, double spaced, 11 Arial font or 12 Times New Roman font
A thesis sentence that presents an argument and comes at the end of the introduction
2 quotations per body paragraph
A concluding paragraph that synthesizes the claims examined in your body paragraphs and answers why the topic of your essay is universally/generally relevant (answers the question so what?)
