A lot of new technologies are being introduced to reshape many parts of the world.  I want to hear from you – what technology will bring most changes to operations management (OM) and why?

And then, project them onto the OM topics we have covered (e.g., product design, quality control, forecasting, capacity planning, process design, supply chain management, inventory, layout strategy, location strategy, etc.) to describe anticipated changes.
