Case Paper instructions

Please read through the attachments & complete the assignment according to the “Assignment Expectations”: (Use the attached Case Template to formulate a 6 page paper).  Each submission should include per the  Research instructions: Use the Schools Library, research Six Sigma: Refine your search and select:

                      TQM and Six Sigma
  -Scholary & Peer-Review
  -Journal
  -Last 5 years
  -Sort by Relevance

You must use atleast two articles from the Schools database for this section of the case.
  -Present a well-balanced academic discussion on Six Sigma. It may be general in nature or focused on a specific industry that complements your career goals or experience.  (2 pages)

                  Service  and Manufacturing
  -Research how Six Sigma is applied in each of the two types of entities. Provide a specific company example. Your research should be comprised of quality resources.  (2 pages)

                      Industry Pros: Metrics
  -Internet search time. Using blogs, articles  or information written by atleast three experts from different companies,  discuss Six Sigma metrics championed by professionals.  Be sure to explain how customers benefit from quality  improvements. (1 page)

Have an Intro (2-3 sentences), Conclusion (2-3 sentences wrapping up the discussionwithan overview of future research needed or trends in the area), in-text citations and References. Please show clearly in the written report the Module 2- Case Assignment being answered directly & entirely according to the directions provided.
