Interpersonal Outcomes of Followers Given Certain Leader Traits

I have done annotated bibliography, I would like help with writing abstract and introduction section

Your penultimate step in the research proposal project is to complete your introduction section.

Your introduction section should be no less than 5 pages long (no longer than 8 pages please), double-spaced, with appropriate APA formatting and in-text citations. You should also include a properly formatted cover page, abstract, and a references section not to be included in your five-page count. You should have no fewer than 10 scientifically appropriate references (peer-reviewed, original research reports) for this section. You may include information from review articles, dissertations, and handbook chapters if you wish, however, these will not count toward the required 10 sources.

The Rosnow and Rosnow book provides a great deal of detail about what a research proposal is and how you should go about writing one. Remember, at this stage, you are only turning in your introduction section, which includes your literature review and hypotheses.
