how polluted water in Yamuna river challenges economics parts in India

Requirement: the course title is case study in sustainability. Our topic is the pollution water of Yamuna river, this is a group paper, and my part is to analysis the challenge in economics affects, especially in Lack of an integrated medical system and polluted water lower the labor force in India which decrease the GDP in India. You dont need to do the introduction part about Yamuna river, you only do the body paragraph to analysis, using your own ideas to analyze how polluted water in Yamuna river challenges economics parts in India.( my group member will analyzes economics aspect, especially in how agriculture and tourism lower the GDP, make sure you are not repeating to write those points )
For this first point, you need to analysis how this challenge affects Indian in short term and long term. Such as, children drink polluted water, they might get sick and their parents have to take care of them which lower the labor force in the short term. Also, if Adults drink polluted water might affect their gene to have malformed baby. Those young generation might have physical disability which might decrease the labor force and GDP in the long term. Find the other articles or charts that support this point and analysis deeply also given your recommendation, not only India is lacking the integrated medical system and government should spend more money on health care. But also you own recommendation, if you have. Also, you need to find the second one challenge in economics aspect (maybe industry part with negative effects for GDP or you can choose by yourself), deeply analysis how this challenge affect indias economics or GDP and give your recommendation.
