Healthy choices for children without Body Shaming

I need all these sources used in my essay as the research. My point I am trying to make because I am a mother myself of a 2 YEAR OLD BOY is that I want to teach my son about healthy eating habits but I also do not want to ever body shame him if he does pick unhealthy foods. MY THESIS IS : Meal time should be a joyous time but healthy.
I added the DEAR FAT PEOPLE because it shows how people can be desensitized to what fat people go through emotionally and physically. Also i would like added in there that it is not easy for a mother to find healthy foods , feed her kid and still stick to her budget. Something like that. Maybe also throw in there that there is always a time and place for “Treating” yourself. I have also attached my research proposal
