Write about how healthcare should be a right and not a privilege.
(1) Please develop your topic by organizing your paper first with an opening which provides a brief explanation of the historical development of your topic. This section should be no more than 10% of your paper.
(2) Please explain where the issue, statute, case, etc. originated. (For example, from what court level it started), where it sits currently; is it state specific; and/or is there an original statute governing the matter. This section should be no more than 15% of your paper.
(3) The body of your paper should contain an extensive analysis of the topic explaining the surrounding case law, statutes, regulations and legal ramifications. This section should be approximately 75% of your paper. This part of the paper should NOT BE an overview of the topic. I am looking for an analysis of the tension between the regulatory requirements and the quality of care provided within your topic subject matter.
(4) The conclusion should reiterate why this is a quality and liability issue. 1-2 sentences is customary.
