I need a letter of recommendation for a dear friend that is applying to graduate school for clinical/mental health counseling.  I have known her for 5 years in the recovery world.  I myself have been sober for 10 years and have watched the applicant Kelly help countless people in the world of recovery.  She is the ideal candidate as she has so much personal experience that it can only help her future clients. 

Please provide a letter of recommendation describing in detail the applicant’s ability and comment on his/her potential as a graduate student. Please give views on such matters as previous accomplishments, intellectual independence, research interests, capacity for analytical thinking, ability to work with others, ability to organize and express ideas clearly (orally or in writing), drive, and motivation.
