Brief
For this final assignment, you will work individually to develop an analysis of a case of a cultural mismatch failure. You may choose the case of a brand, a merger, a corporate expansion abroad or a case related to management practices. Your final essay should include:
An analysis of the organisation(s) you have chosen and the case that highlights the cultural gaps
A presentation of how the cultural gap was managed by the company/ies
A discussion of the cultural problem using theories, references and related cases
A presentation of your reflections and suggestions as to how the case could have been better managed in terms fo cultural management.
Critical evaluation of your suggestions and reflections are highly valued in the report that you produce
Structure of the deliverable: An essay-style document of 1,500 words (not including references and content page).
There is a margin of +/- 10% in the word count and please display the word count on the front page of your essay.
Your essay should be structured in sections as per the rubric specifications attached below.
