This is the fermentation lab. “Day 1.xlsx” and “Day 2.xlsx” are the results from the plate reader. The instruction of the lab and procedures are shown in “Fermentation Module Spring 2021.pdf” and “Fermentation- Benchling.pdf” files.

For this report, you can just finish two sections: Results and Discussion. Make sure to include all answers for the questions provided in the “Fermentation Module Spring 2021.pdf” file.
Requirements:
1) Results section: sufficient figures/tables and relevant equations on results shown, technically correct, and contains all relevant information to describe results. Should describe results in paragraph form while referring to figures/tables for the actual data/result.
2) Discussion: discussion of results is included and relevant to experiment, is technically correct, and has no grammatical errors and included confidence intervals.
