DISCUSSION ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Many individuals call themselves a coach. But coaching is a bit unique in its approach. After reading this weeks chapter, conduct some research in order to answer the following questions in-depth:
How does coaching differ from other service professions (namely consulting, training, and psychology)? How would you explain the benefit of coaching to a current or past organization that you have been a part of? And what would be the value proposition in this explanation?
