Option 1:

A company of your choice has decided to expand its business market to a Middle Eastern Country, such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, or Iraq.

You have been asked by the CEO of your company to propose a plan that would include employees from the United States as well as the local labor force. What adaptations would be required to increase the likelihood of success? What measures would you advise to minimize intercultural conflict? How might the company establish credibility to the local labor force and to the customers?

Option 2:

Argue for or against the spread of capitalism, corporations, and/or American Labor forces mixing with the local market in a predominantly Muslim country.
