Many of the crisis situations we have examined have been single dimensional and as such could have very pointed and focused response plans and messaging.  The Exxon crisis was very broad and had multiple significant impacts.

Let’s examine what each impact was, the severity of each one, and talk about how the Exxon crisis required a different approach, a longer view, and a more comprehensive action plan.
