What led to your current perspective and direction?

Decrease skin breakdown and awareness. saving money with the in house turn teams, saving money by decreasing the cost of wound care. Increasing patient comfort , decreasing soiled beds.
It has become a lot harder to run this project now because of Covid-19- i am no longer able to go the site to directly interact with the staff. I am facing timing and emailing with my mentor, but i am not there first hard. Unfortunately the unit ended up with a hospital acquired pressure ulcer in the last few weeks. This has been a very upsetting set back. I am in the process of revamping my projecting trying to figure a new way to get everyone motivated again with out actually being there. At this time with everything going on every ones stress level has increased decreasing teachable moments.
