Submit a 2-3-page paper following the guidelines listed below and answer the following question:

Review Jerry Ratcliffes video on Harm-Focused Policing.  Discuss the concept of harm-focused policing and what that means to priorities and community based policing philosophies.  Why is this relevant to ILP?

Papers must include both a title page and reference page (these are in addition to the 2-3 pages of required text)

A minimum of 3 scholarly sources must be used and cited.  In this course, government websites (fbi.gov, dni.gov, etc.) will be considered scholarly sources.  The course text and readings may be included in the minimum number of scholarly sources for Critical Essays.
