This assignment will be related to comedy!

There are several ways of achieving this:

– start off with a humorous situation and take it to the limit

– use a silly, lighthearted form of storytelling

– tell a story that arrives with a punchline

Recall the power of the protagonist from the previous assignment and make him active.

Also, spend time developing the characters early in the story.  A lot of this is missing with previous submissions!

Because jokes and funny moments tend to pay off in shorter intervals than I usually have you write, you may write more than one story and these stories combined should take up the 3pps., single-spaced usual rule.
