(1). The Wall Paintings in Livias Villa at Prima Porta are of a similar type. What is it and what does it reveal about Livia?

(2)In contrast, the Wall Paintings of Agrippa in his Villa Farnesina are of various types and more complex.  What do they reveal about Agrippa?  Which type did you find the most attractive?

(3) Among the paintings in the Villa Farnesina are depictions of thje Egyptian gods of Dionysos and Isis, in spite of Agrippas legislation again the Egyptian cults within the city.  Why this contradiction?

(4) In the summer of AD 14, shortly before his death, Augustus made a 70 mile boat trip to the island of  Planasia near Corsica to visit his exiled grandson Postumus.  Reportedly, he changed his will and made Postumus his heir and successor to the Principate, rather than Tiberius. Afterwards, the Empress Livia discovered the reconciliation, poisoned Augustus and changed the will back in favor of her son Tiberius, concealing Augustus death until her son Tiberius had solidified his position as Augustus successor.
