Change and Adaptation within an Organization

Please adhere to the following instructions:

Select a scholarly article review on an organization (Amazon or one of your choosing) pertaining to change and adaptation leadership within that organization.

A copy of the article must be attached.  It MUST be a scholarly article review.

While you will summarize what the article is about, your review should mainly reflect your personal opinions on the article as well as how it affects you and the field of organizational culture, leadership, change and adaption.

The Review should include (1) a Title page, (2) 4-5 pages of content and (3) a Reference page…all in APA format.

CONTENT SHOULD INCLUDE:

(1) Summariization of the most important details of the article.

(2) Explain why the article is important—-some questions for consideration are:

(a) Does the article contain any “breakthrough” information?
(b) Will the information contained within the article cause other people in the field to change their ideas about the subject matter or does it simply revisit information that is already known in the field?

(3)  Personal evaluation of the article should answer the below:

(a)  Was the article well written and clear? 
(b)  Was any information missing that would have been helpful to understanding the topic better? 
(c)  How does this article connect with your studies in Organizational Leadership?
(d)  How does this article relevant to organizational culture?
(e)  How can the information contained in the article help you to be more successful in your organization?
