In the light of case study that is attached with the assessment (smarter HR-Analytics)
Consider a working environment. It could be your current organization, or an organization where
you have previously worked, which is suitable for the application of business analytics. Select and
analyse from this work environment three real-life business problems / insights
For each of the business cases you have chosen:
1. Write a brief outline of the main content/issue of the business problem/insight, and
justify how the chosen insight will be solved using business analytics.
2. Analyse each of the business insight you chose and assign it into one management level
with proper justification why different management levels have different business
insights to achieve.
3. Propose and evaluate three business analytics actions/processes that should be adapted
to achieve the proposed insight (in 1). In your evaluation, appraise one descriptive
analytical insight that you can use to explore and understand the working environment
that you have chosen
