AT&T as a media company

the task is to talk about a media company (AT&T)
First describe the history of the company, how it started;
then talk about its business model (talk about paid partnerships, advertisements, business acquisitions, which companies they own, maybe talk about whether they are relying a lot on paid content)
then talk about whether the company considers itself a media company, and whether it could be considered so by journalists
