1) Pick one of the scenarios outlined by David Wallace-Wells in “The Uninhabitable Earth.” Go through the section carefully and jot down notes as you go about various intersectional issues at work in the unequal impacts of the scenarios (you can listen to my lecture for a few examples such as analyzing how the heating of the earth will disproportionately affect people Indigenous to South/Central America for example). Do an intersectional analysis of the outcomes of the scenario, including ideas about how race, citizenship, gender, and other factors might play into the unequal impacts of climate change.
