Students are expected to select a topic discussed in the course related to program evaluation (e.g. program evaluation approaches, reporting and providing feedback, logic model development, etc.) and conduct a literature review of the issue as it relates to the human services field.

The student will be required to include at least 6 peer-reviewed journal articles in addition to other reference materials (e.g. books, handbooks, etc.) that discuss the evaluation issue as it relates to the field of human services. Based on their research, the student will then summarize best practices and future considerations in regards to handling this issue as a human service professional. The paper will be a minimum of 10 pages and must be written in the format outlined in the most current APA Publication Manual.
