In this 4 page paper, you will demonstrate your knowledge about theories of human need and social justice and strategies to promote social and economic justice and human rights related to the issue experienced by target population.  You will apply a macro theoretical lens to the social issue.  You will describe the strategies designed to eliminate oppressive structural barriers to ensure that social goods, rights, and responsibilities are distributed equitably, and that civil, political, environmental, economic, social and cultural human rights are protected. You will use your knowledge and skills to engage in activism and advocacy towards advancing the human rights of this population.
