For this example, you can draw E-R diagram in two different ways — with or without weak entity.

If you want to draw it without weak entity make sure — that entity has it’s own unique identifier.

You can use candidate key (e.g., cust_name, cust_addr) as a unique identifier.

In the diagram you can make two attributes as unique identifier (candidate key) by underlining both attribute. Example is attached (Refer to JPG or VSD file).
