and you are a second-semester senior and about to graduate. Part of your responsibility
is to identify and nominate your successor.
What specific leadership qualities would you consider most important in your successor? What
leadership qualities or lack of qualities would you not want to see in your successor.
Please try to describe an actual leadership role that you have held. If you haven’t held a leadership
position in the past, you may theorize what you would do in this situation.
Assume that you were highly successful as the team/organization leader and have an interest
in this continuing after you graduate. You’ve earned a high level of respect and following and
there is every reason to believe that your nominee will be accepted as your successor.
