ACCIDENT ANALYSIS PAPER INSTRUCTIONS
You will find a NTSB report of an aviation accident that resulted from or demonstrates a breakdown in critical thinking or the troubleshooting process by maintenance personnel or the flight crew.

You will complete an Annotated Bibliography in preparation for the final submission of the Accident Analysis Paper. This assignment must contain at least 3 resources and an annotation of 5075 words for each resource. Current APA format must be used.
