Summary:
Your final exam will consist of a research report on any company that has either instituted the Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing concept or a company which has adopted the Balanced Scorecard as part of its system for evaluating performance. Particular attention should be given to:
1. Steps taken by the company in develop the JIT or Balanced Scorecard
2. Difficulties encountered
3. Your observations as to how it worked and/or areas of improvements you may wait to compare and contrast with another organization’s implementation process.

Report should be Standard 12-point font (Times New Roman), 18 pages (table of contents, title page, References and endnotes do not count in limits), double space and include at the end all your references used to research into this area. Use your own words.
