There are many times when a leader needs to deliver bad news to their employees. This news can be regarding a layoff, poor financial results, a new unpopular policy implementation etc.  Provide an example of a time when you, as an employee, have been impacted by a leaders bad news and answer the following questions (designate your answers in numerical order according to the questions below) in 150-250 words and respond to one classmates post.
