Team Process & Regular meeting strategy.(The situation is for a group, not in a organization, no need to tell me what team process is, i just need methods like point 1 2 3)

    Strategy for managing team process and conflict – include conversation on what actions will be taken if a team member is not meeting expectations?  Think about how you would like to find out if the team felt you were not meeting expectations in considering this.
