That’s the first step. Find a topic that is interesting to both you and your audience. After you get the idea, you look for other information (sources) that deals with the issue. The annotated bibliography is like a regular reference page, but between every reference listed is a brief description of the reference.
So the first thing to do is pick a topic. Then you look for references. If you can’t find any, pick a new topic and start over. As soon as you have a topic and/or have some references, let me see them, and we’ll go from there.
