Companies often go beyond bounds in fulfilling customer demands to achieve market share. However, there is often a “tipping point” where the company “flames out”.

Recently, Amazon has been accused of not protecting employees within their DCs and delivery services of not adequately protecting employees from contracting Covid-19.  However, they say, “The supply chain must continue to support the American recovery for both health and economic benefit.”  When does pushing for profits and market share cross the line to jeopardize employee safety and a positive societal impact?
