6-2: Competitor Analysis

1. Read or review the instructional resource “Creating Customer Value”. (ATTACHED)
2. Compose a document, at least 3 pages in length, in which you identify the following:
        a. The specific area of the health care industry you are in.
        b. The factors that make this section successful.
        c. The direct and indirect competitors currently being used
        d. The advantages and disadvantages your competitors have
        e. The advantages and disadvantages you will have
        f. The manner in which you anticipate those competitors will react to your entry
3. Must follow APA format and style, must have a reference list.
4. Before beginning your document, you will want to review the assignment grading rubric.
