In first part as a group you will explain your strategy for the game and general discussion about the importance of HRM for organizations.You need to write this discussion with the help of scientific literature.

Part 2:

Each member will prepare one page document about what he/she learned while playing the HR simulation game. You also need to explain your role and responsibilities in the group

Apart from your report the analytics of your group will affect your grade.
