A review of the information posted on SHRM, HR websites, popular press, and so on indicates that HR practices will need to evolve.  This could impact many HR policies relating to accommodations, safety, discipline, and so on.  Discuss two issues that you would envision would be most problematic for managers and HR practitioners. 

The paper should be up to three pages double-spaced.  The best papers will integrate issues and will use a variety of information from the course.
