Must research case law, statutes, and administrative rules/regulations regarding paralegals and the unlicensed practice of law (UPL).  The result will be a three-page or longer, research paper that focuses on specific examples of paralegals and UPL and what steps law firms need to take to avoid this problem.  May focus on paralegals and UPL in Florida, in other states like California or Texas, or look at cases from various states around the country.  A resource page should list sources consulted.  At least three sources and there should be NO citations from Wikipedia.
