Reflection paper on my Restaurant manager training internship

I did my manager training internship at Pappasitos Cantina a Tex-Mex restaurant. During my internship, I got the opportunity to work in many positions such as server, hostess, to-go server, bartender, and most importantly shoulder-to-shoulder management training.

The reflection paper should include:
    Key learning moments
    Any Ah Ha moments
    Roadblocks or challenges encountered
    Did the experience change you?
    How did it impact you as a person?

The reflection paper should be written in first person. Use the pronoun “I”
